Once there was a hand-made bike,
which Tae-yul really like.
Pedaling down the lane,
not losing speed on the bike made of cane.
Going around the corner,
spotting the soldiers in horror.
"You there! Halt!" said one loudly,
Tae-yul skid to a stop, slowly.
The soldiers walked closer,
and Tae-yul's heart beat faster.
Then he insults the bike,
which made Tea-yul wish he went on a hike.
Just then Abuji came
And he shook his head with shame
The soldiers said they want the bike
And it’s the speed they really like
The soldiers smirk slightly
And Tae-yul griped the bike tightly
The thug-of-war break out
“No Way!” Tae-yul shout
But Abuji pries Tae-yul’s hand open
And pull Tae-yul towards him
Staring blankly as the soldiers goes
With the bike which he once owns
He felt disappointed and displeased
He thinks Abuji should help at least
As a “Sensei” Abuji did nothing
He agreed the soldiers without thinking
Tae-yul dashed blindly home
In his world he is all alone
Abuji then went back
With guilt all carried on his back
Days of blues goes on for days
One day Abuji came home back
With Tae-yul’s bicycle back
Tae-yul was hit by astonishment on his back
Abuji had searched for it for days
And he was glad that his hard work pays
The soldiers abandon it miles away
But his efforts did not drift away
Dad apologised to Tae-tul and knelt down to say
He will never forget that day
Tae-yul was with his cheeks wet
But he was no longer upset
He pulled Abuji up showing forgiveness
And also gave each other a hug
He knew that he had got a caring dad Which isn’t really that bad
